The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, plays a vital role in CFA Society Cyprus’s efforts to broaden its influence in the local financial industry and drive positive change.
The Committee is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the financial sector while providing support to society members in advancing their careers.

Taking a leadership role in discussions with companies, DEI champions, and government allies. These meetings are strategic forums where the committee looks to actively shape policies and initiatives, at both organisational and systemic levels.
